Manufactured by us and exclusively customized by you using a number of available options. This wall cap comes standard wrapped with reinforcing fiber netting which just like foam will not rot from exposure to moisture and is alkali resistant, its job is to reinforce the cement coating which is applied over the exposed side of cap (top and sides) providing impact and crack resistance. Netting in combination with an acrylic polymer modified cement base coat provides a shell over a foam cored shape cut per your specifications. Foam contains no formaldehyde, no HCFC’s, no thermal drift, and is non-corrosive. If you plan to install your cap at lower levels we recomend to purchase an optional double mesh & double coat for extra reinforcement and impact resistance.
To cover our shipping costs foam shape selected above comes with a minimum purchase quantity. Most of the time minimum purchase quantity required is much less than is needed for a project. If you need to purchase less of these items than required for your specific project and are purchasing other pieces as well, contact us and we will adjust the order.
This cap will arrive ready to install with mesh and base coat applied, we highly recommend to apply additional stucco finish coat upon completion of installation to improve its performance. Option of medium and coarse sand is available for your consideration. Double mesh & double coat option selected will not require any additional finishing except paint coat.
