Effective date: September 20, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Invicta Foam Products, Inc. ("Invicta Foam Products", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information from visitors to www.stuccofoamtrim.com (the "Site"). We are located at 753 Northport Drive, Suite A, West Sacramento, CA 95691.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote, place an order, create an account, or contact us, we collect the information you enter, which may include your name, company name, email address, mailing and shipping address, phone number, and the details of your project or order.
Payment information. Card payments are processed by our payment provider, Square. Card numbers are submitted directly to the processor and are not stored on our servers.
Information collected automatically. When you browse the Site we and our analytics and advertising providers automatically collect technical and usage information, including your IP address, approximate location derived from that IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, products viewed, search terms used on the Site, and dates and times of access. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies as described below.
Using the categories set out in California law, the information we collect falls under identifiers, commercial information, internet or other electronic network activity information, approximate geolocation data, and, if you provide it, professional or employment information.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses cookies in three groups:
- Strictly necessary cookies. These run the shopping and quotation cart, keep you logged in, remember your currency and language, and remember that you have dismissed our cookie notice. The Site does not work correctly without them.
- Analytics cookies. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use the Site so we can improve it.
- Advertising cookies. We use Google Ads, including conversion measurement and remarketing, which allows our ads to be shown to people who have previously visited the Site.
When you first visit the Site, a notice appears at the bottom of the page. Analytics and advertising cookies are held in a denied state until you accept that notice. Strictly necessary cookies are set regardless, because the Site cannot function without them.
To withdraw your consent later, clear the cookies for stuccofoamtrim.com in your browser settings. The notice will appear again on your next visit, and analytics and advertising cookies will stay denied until you accept it. You can also opt out of personalized Google advertising at myadcenter.google.com and install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
How we use information
- To prepare quotations and process, fulfill, and ship orders
- To respond to your questions and provide customer support
- To arrange freight and parcel delivery, and to send you tracking information
- To send order and account related email and text messages
- To measure how the Site is used and improve our products, pricing, and content
- To measure the performance of our advertising and to show our ads to people who have visited the Site
- To keep business records and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse, and to secure the Site
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money.
We share personal information with service providers who perform work on our behalf and are permitted to use it only for that purpose. These include our web host, our payment processor (Square), freight and parcel carriers, our email and text messaging providers, and our accounting system.
We also use Google Analytics and Google Ads. Because Google Ads remarketing uses information about your visit to show you our ads on other websites, this activity may be treated as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law, even though no money changes hands. You can stop it at any time using the choices described in the Cookies section above, or by sending us a request as described under Your California privacy choices.
We may also disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, to enforce our terms, to protect our rights, property, or safety or that of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common industry standard for how to interpret it, and the Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.
The Site does not currently detect Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals automatically. If your browser or extension sends GPC and you would like us to honor it, please contact us using the details below and we will process it as an opt-out request.
Your California privacy choices
We offer the following choices to California residents. We provide them as a matter of practice, and doing so is not an admission that we meet the thresholds that make a business subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act.
- Know and access. You may request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, our purposes for collecting it, and the categories of third parties we disclose it to.
- Delete. You may request that we delete personal information we collected from you, subject to exceptions such as completing a transaction, keeping required business and tax records, and security.
- Correct. You may request that we correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
- Opt out of sharing for advertising. You may ask us to stop sharing your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- No discrimination. We will not deny you products or services, charge you a different price, or give you a lower level of service because you exercised any of these rights.
To make a request, contact us by phone at 1-877-230-8746, through the contact form, or by mail at the address above, and tell us which request you are making. We will ask for enough information to verify that you are the person whose information is involved, and we will respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we will tell you. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission from you.
Retention
We keep quotation and order records for as long as needed to serve the account and to satisfy our legal, tax, warranty, and accounting obligations. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to the retention settings of the Google products described above.
How we protect information
The Site is served over HTTPS, and we use access controls and other reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the size of our business to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
The Site sells building materials to builders, contractors, and property owners. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Third party links
The Site links to other websites, including social media pages and supplier sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted on this page.
