Manufactured by us and exclusively customized by you with a number of available options to choose from. Cornices minimal size to weight ratio makes it extremely easy to install and does not require any additional structural members to support. This cornice piece comes standard with reinforcing fiber netting which just like foam will not rot from extensive exposure to moisture, its job is to reinforce the cement coating which is applied over the exposed side of trim (visible profile) providing impact and crack resistance. Netting in combination with an acrylic polymer modified cement coat provides a shell over a foam cored shape cut per your specifications. Foam contains no formaldehyde, no HCFC’s, no thermal drift, and is non-corrosive. Benefits of foam core trim over wood trim are that it will never change its shape (twist, warp, split etc.), it will never rot, minimal to none maintenance, and it will not get destroyed by termites.
