Application & Mixing Guidelines

1. Surface Preparation: Substrate must be clean and free from dust, oil, grease, dirt, debris, efflorescence, and cracks, and any damaged areas must be properly repaired. Foam surfaces must be clean and free from oil, dust, or any other contaminant that may affect product performance.
2. Mixing: Add 1 to 1.25 gallons (4 to 4.7 L) of clean water to the mixer for every 50 lb bag. Mix for approximately 3 to 5 minutes until uniform and workable, let the material rest for 3 minutes, then remix and apply. Do not add more water than suggested.
3. Application: Apply by hand with a trowel or by sprayer.
4. Curing: Cure for at least 24 hours after application in regular weather, and 48 hours in cold weather.
5. Limitations: Do not apply below 40°F (4°C) or above 100°F (38°C). Do not add any other material, admixture, or chemical without consulting the technical department.
