Shipping, Handling, and Delivery

We deliver orders of $1000 or more for Greater Sacramento area customers at no charge. Delivery is scheduled according to our work load and routing. Contact us for specific time frames.
Orders of $1800 or more qualify for free shipping to the following states: CA, OR, WA, UT, AZ, ID. For all others please contact us for a quote prior to placing an order.
Shipping within continental US only. We do not ship on weekends or Federal Holidays. Orders made on Friday, during weekends or holidays are shipped within the next 5 business days upon product availability. Please contact us for a shipping quote to your specific location.
For orders totaling under $200 handling fee will be charged. Handling fee is $60.
We reserve the right to refuse to ship the product due to location, order size, trip type, or product lead time.

Return Policy

The customers should be aware that most orders are custom made after the order has been placed. As a result, we will usually deny any request to return the item unless it is defective or an incorrect shipment has been made. Therefore when ordering consider all sales to be final and check your measurements and quantities.

Pricing

While we attempt to be accurate in description and pricing of the items, errors may occur. If there is an error in description of the item, pricing, or any other information contains misstatement, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We will try to contact you as soon as error is discovered. Prices, options, and availability of the items may change at any time without further notice.
